Seasonal Transition Series

The beloved practice Restorative Nectar is getting a makeover and becoming a running series!

Four weeks of receiving a big, juicy dose of Love that will soothe your nervous system and bring ease to your body and mind.

And, you don’t even have to leave your house to receive the nourishment of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

YOU deserve to feel safe in your body. YOU deserve to rest. YOU deserve to keep your own pitcher full.

As far as I am concerned, it is always a good time to take a moment to slow down and check in with ourselves. When we spend time consciously tending to our inner landscape our outer world will reflect that work. This is one thing I know.

Each practice will be 75 minutes and will consist of:

  • a short dharma talk rooted in Traditional Tantric wisdom

  • a deep restorative session

  • Yoga Nidra to cleanse and clear your energetic body in order to create space for grace and radiance

This series will focus on supporting our bodies, hearts and minds through the transition from Spring to Summer— think, “calming and cooling.”

I teach Restorative Yoga because it changed my life over fifteen years ago. The constant anxiety I felt became manageable through this practice. The tension I unknowingly held in my body was relieved through this practice and I feel more comfortable in my body now than I ever have.

It is my goal to help as many people as possible with this miraculous practice.
